If you become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you agree to immediately notify oktatacademy of such by contacting our Customer Service Department at Support@oktatacademy.com .oktatacademy will have the sole right, at its expense, to bring any action on account of such infringements or unauthorized uses. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop such unauthorized use and to cooperate with oktatacademy in any investigation of such unauthorized uses or of infringements of oktatacademy’ intellectual property rights in the Training.

You are personally responsible through your identification, Your User Name and Password, for all interactions along with associated payments made under these mediums. _______________ agrees to contact _______________ immediately when any unauthorized usage is suspected. _______________ will likely be allowed to carry on activity on Your behalf for any purpose, including but not restricted to, proper prosecution of the involved parties, without needing prior consent from _______________. _______________ will certainly have the right at its expense to bring any action against those infringing upon NAFSA’s intellectual property rights. _______________ will likely be in no way liable for claims associated with misuse or misidentification of Your User Name and Password due to third party actions beyond our control or because of _______________’ failure to take care of keeping them safely.
